This section has been setup strictly for the use of employees' under a MERP/HRA and/or FSA.

EBS utilizes a state-of-the-art computer system built to coordinate with all parties involved, in order to provide accurate and timely payment of your claims.

Claims administration is responsible for maintaining the records for your account and processing claims. You will be sent an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) for each claim we adjudicate. They will also answer any questions you may have about your benefits. Please contact them should you require assistance.
